On April 24, the launching ceremony and preliminary review of the first Unbounded· 2023 Shanghai Overseas Students (International College Students) Innovation and Entrepreneurship League Shanghai Polytechnic University sub-field was held on the fourth floorof Bao Qifan Innovation Road Exhibition Hall. The Shuangchuang League is guided by the Shanghai Talent Service Center and the Shanghai Student Affairs Center, hosted by the Changning District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and undertaken by the Shanghai Changning Haichuang Three Talents Exchange and Cooperation Center. Shanghai University, Shanghai Polytechnic University and more than ten colleges and universities with Sino-foreign cooperative education majors and international education directions are jointly organized to jointly help Shanghai's innovation and entrepreneurship ecology.
