Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau announced the list of winners of 2022 Shanghai Excellent Teaching Achievement Awards. 12 teaching achievements of SSPU were on the list. SSPU won 1 special prize, 3 first prizes and 8 second prizes as the leading institution. This is the first time that a specialprize is conferred upon SSPU.It makes a new record in terms of the total number of awardsSSPUhas won, and these awards cover the categories of higher education, vocational education and basic education.

Shanghai Excellent Teaching Achievement Award is set up by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and granted every 4 years. As the highest teaching award in the field of education, the award aims to comprehensively summarize and display the experience and achievements Shanghai has made in education in recent years, and to encourage the winning institutions and individuals. It intends to give full play to the leading role of educational achievements in teaching practice, reform and research, thus further improving the quality of education, teaching and talent training.
